Within the continental United States, standard flat rate shipping is $99. You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships. We'll also call you before delivery to schedule the appointment.

As a small business, we don’t get bulk shipping discounts like the big guys. Many brands hide shipping in the product price and call it “free shipping.” We prefer transparency. That’s why we keep product pricing fair and simply charge shipping separately.

Please note: Shipping delays can still happen industry-wide. We monitor this closely and update estimates as needed.

We ship anywhere in the continental USA (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your payment went through and your order is in our system.

We’ll then check our warehouses for stock. If available, your order is processed immediately. If an item is backordered, we’ll contact you with options.

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days.

Tracking info will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

If delays happen in transit, we’ll assist with updates and resolution — but please note that delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military bases (APO/FPO), and we can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We don’t ship internationally directly, but we’re happy to ship to a U.S. freight forwarder of your choice.

Damage is extremely rare — but if it happens, we’re here to help. Please follow these steps:

• Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt.

• If you see damage, write "Damaged" on the delivery form and have the driver sign it.

• Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately.

• Email us at info@pokertablesamericana.com within 24 hours.
