How will you confirm my order?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

I ordered a table with chairs from you, but now the table is only in stock and the chairs come back in stock in 1 month. Can you ship the table now and the chairs later, when they are back in stock?

Yes, we can arrange that for you at no extra charge.

When will I know, that the product is shipped out?

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@pokertablesamericana.com

What happens if my table arrives damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@pokertablesamericana.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

What happens if I want to cancel the order shortly after placing it?

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a %25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

What happens if I want to return the item?

Unfortunately, most of our manufacturers do not allow returns. Once an item has reached its destination, there are no opportunities to returns for most of our brands. Please refer to the product page or the manufacturer's page to find out if a manufacturer allows returns.

Please note that as soon as the item is shipped, you as the customer are responsible for making sure, that the carrier can reach you via the phone number, which was given during check out.

If the carrier - even after several attempts - is not able to reach you, the product will be sent back to its origin. In that case you, the customer will have to pay for all the shipping costs and any additional occurring charges, which are connected to this event.
