Cancellation & Returns Policy
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellation after ordering due to change of mind:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 16% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. If the return product is damaged, the customer is responsible for the damage, and the credit is reduced accordingly. We will not refund until after the manufacturer issued a refund.
If you knowingly accept to wait for a product that is on backorder and will take longer than usual to ship but you then decide to cancel the order we will charge a 16% restock fee. This fee helps us covering fees by payment service providers and lost administration time for processing your order as well as covering for the spot lost for another customer who would have been happy to wait for the order.
In case of damage during shipping:
We will make sure that you receive either a replacement or a refund, if the damage has been reported in a timely manner, not later then 2 days (including weekends) after it arrived. If you notice the damage please send an email to us with details and as many photos as possible so we can check in detail and provide the shipper with those photos to file a claim.
In case of damage due to manufacturer issue:
Most of our brands can be replaced without issue and shipping will most likely covered as well if all the inspection instructions have been followe. These brands are:

Exclusions (here shipping needs to be covered by customer as the manufacturer does not offer a warranty on their products we will have to pay for the replacement piece):

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is complete, or the phone order is placed, we immediately submit your order to our order processing team. Therefore, we cannot cancel any orders once the order has been processed. However, you can contact us at email@example.com and submit a request within 1 hour after the order was placed, or call us at (800) 590-6167 (please do not leave a message) and we will attempt to change your order for you. We will try our best but we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed. If your order has been processed or shipped, we will be unable to change or cancel the order
Unfortunately, most of our manufacturers do not allow returns. Once an item has reached its destination, there are no opportunities to returns for most of our brands. Please refer to the product page or the manufacturer's page to find out if a manufacturer allows returns.
However, if a product gets damaged during transit we will take care that the product gets replaced or the amount refunded to the customer. Always take photos right away after the product arrived , and you unpacked it and checked it. Please always read our instructions carefully, which we will be sending out to you shortly after your order has shipped. If your products arrives damaged you must take note of it on the BOL and in some cases decline it at all if it is drastically damaged. In any case, please take photos and get in touch with us as soon as possible in such cases. We will always send further instructions via your provided email to you after you bought the item and it was shipped out. This information has to be read with extra care.
