🔁 Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Here’s how we handle order changes, returns, cancellations, and damage claims at Americana Poker Tables.

🧠 Cancellation After Ordering (Change of Mind)

Orders canceled within 48 hours are subject to a 16% administration fee, even if the order hasn't shipped yet.

If the order has already shipped and if returns are accepted by the manufacturer, you’ll also be responsible for return shipping and for covering all the shipping costs associated with this order, which will be deducted from any refunds. If the returned product is damaged, the refund will be reduced accordingly.

⏳ Cancelling Backorders

If you agree to wait for a backordered item, then cancel later, a 16% restocking fee applies. This covers admin time, payment processor fees, and lost availability for other customers.

📦 Shipping Damage

If your item is damaged in transit, you must report it within 2 days (including weekends).

Email us at info@pokertablesamericana.com with detailed photos of the damage. We’ll review the case and file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

🏭 Manufacturer Defects (Warranty)

Most brands we work with offer a manufacturer warranty. If your product has a defect, we’ll coordinate with the brand to provide replacement parts at no cost.

Exclusions:

  • 🚫 Sunny Designs (no warranty offered)
🔄 Order Changes

We process orders fast — so changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, changes aren’t guaranteed.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.

📬 Returns

Most of our manufacturers do not allow returns after delivery. Contact support if you have a specific question.

📸 Damaged Items — What to Do

If your item arrives damaged, here's what you must do:

  • 📦 Inspect your package upon delivery — before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • 📝 Note any damage on the BOL. If the damage is severe, refuse delivery.
  • 📸 Take clear photos of all damages and email us at info@pokertablesamericana.com within 48 hours.
  • 📦 Keep all original packaging in case the freight company needs to inspect it.
